Delivery may take up to 3-5 working days unless informed otherwise
This timeframe does not include pre ordered items.
PROOF OF SHIPPING
Once I have shipped your parcels they are out of my hands.
I do provide a proof of shipping receipt and tracking number with Royal Mail. If there is any issues with your item during delivery I am not responsible please contact the shipping provider.
NEXT-DAY DELIVERY
We do offer next-day delivery (tracked 24) but please note that this service refers to the delivery time after your order has been dispatched - it does not include the time needed to make or process your order.
Unless I've specifically confirmed that I can ship your order the next day, please don't assume it will be dispatched the following day.
ORDER IN ADVANCE
Please place orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
If you need your order by a specific date, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
